Ki One Batch 1
Launch in March 2023, Ki One Batch 1 is Three Societies' first widely available single malt whisky. The name means "beginning" and "hope" signifying their hope for the future as South Korea's first single malt whisky distillery.
Jung One Gin
Launched in 2020, Jung One means "Garden" in Korean. This name pays homage to their use of various unique local botanicals like ginseng, perilla leaf and chopi peppercorn. It won Gold at the 2021 World Gin awards and Silver at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Jung One Gin Bourbon Quarter Cask
This limited edition release takes matures in ex-bourbon quarter casks, chosen with utmost care for their incredible quality and reminiscent charm, just like those found at esteemed distilleries such as the legendary Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky.
Jung One Gin Mocha Stout Quarter Cask
Three Societies took a bold step with this limited release by aging their gin in quarter casks previously held mocha stout.The distillers sought to unlock new depths of flavor by venturing beyond the customary cask choices for spirit aging
Jung One Peated Quarter Cask
Building on the flavours of Jung One gin, this limited edition release is made using peated malt before aging in bourbon quarter casks. Using a smaller cask allows the gin to take on a more intense flavour from the casks.
